Wie is verantwoordelijk

Wat we verwerken, waarom en op welke grondslag

• Account: e-mailadres en wachtwoord, of je Google-account-id als je met Google inlogt. Nodig om de app te gebruiken (uitvoering van de overeenkomst).
• Zoekopdrachten, meldingen, favorieten en notities, en welke makelaar je via de app hebt benaderd (zonder de inhoud van je bericht). Om de dienst te leveren (overeenkomst).
• Toestel: pushtoken, platform en app-versie, om meldingen te bezorgen (overeenkomst). Geen advertentie-id. De app vraagt geen locatietoestemming; een zoekgebied is een plaats die je zelf intypt.
• Dossier, als je het invult: wat een makelaar vraagt (huishouden, werk, inkomen, borgsteller, ingangsdatum). Optioneel, alleen om je bericht aan de makelaar op te stellen (overeenkomst). Je wist het apart in Instellingen.
• E-mailmeldingen, als je die aanzet: op basis van je toestemming (artikel 11.7 Telecommunicatiewet). Intrekken kan altijd.
• Je telefoonnummer, alleen als je het zelf invult voor WhatsApp-meldingen, met de tekst waarmee je toestemming gaf en het tijdstip, zodat we die toestemming kunnen aantonen (artikel 11.7 Telecommunicatiewet). WhatsApp werkt nog niet: er is nog nooit een bericht verstuurd en je nummer staat op een wachtlijst. Intrekken in de app wist je nummer.
• Gebruik: of je een melding opende, hoe je ons vond (als je dat invult), en een vaste lijst van handelingen in de app, zoals een makelaar benaderen of een filter versoepelen — alleen dat het gebeurde en wanneer, zonder inhoud. Om de app te verbeteren (gerechtvaardigd belang). Geen advertenties en geen analytics-SDK; we verkopen niets door.
• Crashrapporten, zonder je zoekopdrachten of andere persoonsgegevens, om fouten te herstellen (gerechtvaardigd belang). Staat standaard aan; je zet het uit in Instellingen.
• IP-adres: alleen in serverlogboeken en kortstondig om misbruik te remmen (gerechtvaardigd belang).
• Aankopen: welk product je hebt en de aankoopbon (overeenkomst en boekhoudplicht). Je betaalgegevens zien we niet.

Voor een account is een e-mailadres of Google-account nodig; al het andere is optioneel. We nemen geen geautomatiseerde besluiten over je: welke woningen je krijgt, volgt alleen uit je eigen filters.

Ontvangers

• Google — Firebase Cloud Messaging bezorgt pushmeldingen (pushtoken, plaats en prijs van de woning); Crashlytics ontvangt crashrapporten; Google-inlog controleert je inlogbewijs; Play Billing verwerkt een betaling.
• Cloudflare — al het verkeer naar onze server en deze website, en daarmee je IP-adres.
• MailOdds — verstuurt e-mailmeldingen als je die aanzet: je adres, de inhoud, en of je de mail opent of erop klikt.
• PDOK (Kadaster) — zet een plaats of straat die je intypt om in coördinaten.
• OpenStreetMap — de kaart op een woningpagina, alleen als je erom vraagt; ziet dan je IP-adres en welke kaart je bekijkt.

Deze lijst is volledig. Meta / WhatsApp staat er niet in: er verstuurt nog niemand WhatsApp-berichten voor ons. Google en Cloudflare kunnen gegevens in de Verenigde Staten verwerken, onder het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework.

Bewaren en verwijderen

We bewaren je gegevens zolang je account bestaat; serverlogboeken ongeveer dertig dagen. Verwijder je je account, dan wissen we direct, zonder wachttijd: je account, toestellen en pushtokens, zoekopdrachten en meldingen, favorieten en notities, benaderde makelaars, voorkeuren, je dossier, en je telefoonnummer en de bijbehorende toestemming. Alleen betaalgebeurtenissen (boekhoudplicht) en een afmelding voor e-mail blijven staan, zonder verwijzing naar jou. Zo verwijder je je account →

Je rechten

Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar, en je kunt een toestemming altijd intrekken. In de app download je onder Instellingen een kopie van je gegevens en verwijder je je account; voor de rest mail je [email protected]. Een klacht kun je indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

What we process, why, and on what basis

• Account: e-mail address and password, or your Google account id if you sign in with Google. Needed to use the app (performance of our agreement).
• Searches, alerts, favourites and notes, and which agent you contacted through the app (never what you wrote). To provide the service (agreement).
• Device: push token, platform and app version, to deliver alerts (agreement). No advertising id. The app requests no location permission; a search area is a place you type.
• Your details, if you fill them in: what an agent asks (household, employment, income, guarantor, start date). Optional, used only to draft your message to the agent (agreement). You can delete them separately in Settings.
• E-mail alerts, if you switch them on: on your consent (article 11.7 of the Dutch Telecommunications Act). You can withdraw at any time.
• Your phone number, only if you enter it for WhatsApp alerts, with the wording you agreed to and when, so we can prove that consent. WhatsApp does not work yet: no message has ever been sent and your number is on a waiting list. Withdrawing in the app erases the number.
• Usage: whether you opened an alert, how you found us (if you say), and a fixed list of in-app actions such as contacting an agent or relaxing a filter — only that it happened and when, with no content. To improve the app (legitimate interest). No ads and no analytics SDK; we sell nothing on.
• Crash reports, without your searches or other personal data, to fix errors (legitimate interest). On by default; switch off in Settings.
• IP address: only in server logs and briefly for rate limiting (legitimate interest).
• Purchases: which product you have and the receipt (agreement and accounting obligations). We never see your payment details.

An account needs an e-mail address or a Google account; everything else is optional. We make no automated decisions about you: which homes you get follows only from your own filters.

Recipients

• Google — Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push alerts (push token, city and price of the home); Crashlytics receives crash reports; Google sign-in verifies your sign-in token; Play Billing processes a payment.
• Cloudflare — all traffic to our server and this website, and so your IP address.
• MailOdds — sends e-mail alerts if you enable them: your address, the message, and opens and clicks.
• PDOK (Kadaster) — turns a place or street you type into coordinates.
• OpenStreetMap — the map on a listing page, only when you ask for it; it then sees your IP address and which map you view.

This list is complete. Meta / WhatsApp is not on it: no party sends WhatsApp messages on our behalf. Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists; server logs for about thirty days. Deleting your account erases immediately, with no waiting period: your account, devices and push tokens, searches and alerts, favourites and notes, agents contacted, preferences, your details, and your phone number and the consent behind it. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time. In the app, under Settings, you can download a copy of your data and delete your account; for anything else, e-mail [email protected]. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
